Does anyone know if this has a release date yet? Today is the second time goodreads has sent me a new release email saying it's out and yet I can't actually order (or even pre-order) it from anywhere or find an expected publication date (including on the author's website).This whole series is cotton candy and I'm not on the edge of my seat waiting for this installment or anything, but I am tired of being told ITS OUT NOW when I can't even freaking pre-order it yet.
