I've had a terrible cold for a bit, but I think I'm starting to get better. That is, at least, I'm coughing less.
We found a house. That's what happens when you and your spouse say, "we're just casually looking. Just to see what's out there." And then find something that meets all requirements and most of the nice to haves. Closing at the end of the month.
